Taking care of your body is not just an aesthetic issue but a necessary practice to observe for your health, the first thing to do is to think about everything we can change to make our body feel good.

We are not talking about treating yourself to a pampering at the spa, a day at the spa or a regenerating treatment in a wellness centre, but about small common rituals which take up very little time from your tight routine but which give you a lot: a minute just for you, a moment without thoughts which undoubtedly also has an impact on beauty
- Sleep well: Night rest is essential for regenerating the body and its cells. Although there may be exceptions, it is best to try to maintain a constant number of hours of sleep per night, always going to bed at more or less the same time.
